"I was referred here by a close friend that had purchased bathroom vanities last year. Prior to visiting the store , I had called to inquire about stock and pricing. We’re currently renovating our house and are on a bit of a time crunch with a baby on the way. After viewing the vanities in person we decided to place and order. Paramjit helped us from start to finish. He was very transparent from the start, he knew our situation and couldn’t 100% guarantee that the vanities would arrive on time. However, he would keep us posted as soon as he received any updates. We had a backup plan in case the vanities didn’t come in on time but really hope that we didn’t need to go with our back up plan as the quality was not the same as the ones at sapphire. Paramjit and his team pulled through. They did everything in their power to ensure that we received our vanities on time. This is a family owned business and you can tell the heart and soul that they put into it. I will be referring all my friends and family to sapphire bath and kitchen."
